1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using games and applications published by Krulz Games ("NodBlocks", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
2. User Accounts & Leaderboards
When submitting scores to our global leaderboards (via Firebase), you agree not to use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate usernames. We reserve the right to remove or alter any names and scores that violate these rules or indicate cheating/manipulation.
3. Privacy & Face Tracking Data
Krulz Games utilizes Apple's ARKit (TrueDepth camera) solely for gameplay mechanics. We do not collect, store, or transmit your facial data. All AR processing happens locally on your device. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, graphics, code, and audio within our games are the exclusive property of Krulz Games and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our software.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our games are provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Krulz Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications.
